Ja, i agree, the trajectory was so extreme that it started to fill the arty role more than the anti tank role and speed also has been reduced alot, more like in the "CALL OF DUTY" games............ i think there a spy in the BSStudio base

Plus the figures shown in the report are under crosswind and other external factors which CANNOT be simulated under the BF2 engine currently, and if they are using real life figures then they should do the same with the sniper rifles because the can hit you from miles off and not be affected by external factors, ie - crosswind, temp, altitude and etc

a projectile in PR cannot be affected by wind therefore the best way we can make it more realistic is make it harder to hit targets beyond 100M
gameplay > reality.

Yeah Xz0r would be us haha! we try to play on NwA cuz it has the best comms and teamwork from all EU servers(imo).

OT: don't think the rpg should be re done, I just think servers should make rules to make sure that rpgarty isn't overused/ used at all..

Haven't used an RPG yet, the vids made me laugh though - Is it like firing a bow and arrow?

The drop is too exaggerated (on the tandem at least). Even if the scope was correct, to aim at a target at 500m away you'd have to aim at the sky, not on the scope mark.

Was just lobbing rpgs from airport at the castle on Archer, actually hit it a couple times too. Had it on my livestream.

RPG was very accurate, it was realy easy to hit APC 150 - 200 meters away, or that was my skill ? :O

I just don't get why the rpg was changed/messed with at all? It was perfectly fine the way it was. I don't want to whine at the devs they're doing a good job but why messing with rpg when there is so much more other stuff that really needs attention. I loved the rpg, can't even look at it now....

I remember i was playing a few days ago, and i shot an RPG at some infantry. Hit right on their *** and i ended up not getting any of them. I suppose RPGs aren't really made for killing infantry anyway. Still it was disappointing that a rocket flying at god knows what speed filled with explosives could not do that job.

It could've hit the ground in front of them that is sloped in their direction, making the explosives not cause any damage.
