My names Tom and i am 14 ( This is where the trolling starts... ). I am here to ask if this mod is really worth playing for me because i feel like i wont be accepted because of my age, on other games people complain about me not being old enough to actually play games, even though the pegi ratings are only guidelines for parents to see if they want their child to play a certain game.

So would i be accepted into the community? I am a very active gamer and i think tactically.

Thanks,
Tom.
I started to play when i was about your age, i played BF2 for about a year and then i heard about something called PR, i decided "i must try that, its about reality, exactly what i want". When i played my first round after have reading the manual the first thing i did was taking a CAS chopper and crashed it, luckily there was only about 15 people in the server so no one said nothing, I learned that choppers where not like in vBF2 and someone told me to join a squad, I did, then i started to learn how PR works, how to call for a chopper, how to attack and defend, how to shoot, how to fly , how to dig a FOB , how to use mumble , how to do almost everything like a regular player.

Dont worry about the age, it does not matter, the only thing that matters here is if you have the time to understand and learn what PR is, just join a infantry squad and follow them, try to avoid difficult things like fliying or being squadleder.

In a week or 2 you will know how to play infantry, then you can start doing other things, following what you?ve seen to other people.

PD: If you still being a noob after 3 years of playing PR do not ragequit, just teabag everything you kill, even tanks and APC?s.
PD2: TOWs are in the top of the chain of war in PR, if you see one TOW run, no matter if it is manned or not.
PD3: And dont be afraid to talk in VOIP or mumble!!!!!

As pretty much everyone has said, age does not matter in this game. As long as you're willing to cooperate with other players.
I started playing PR when I was like 12, and I sounded like a little girl. Yes I got picked on, did I care? No. If you're voice is light, people might start picking on you. Do the same as me, don't give a fuck.

1. Listen to your SL.
2. Ask before taking kits.
3. Don't be annoying.
4. Don't become a little lost puppy that follows everyone around.
5. Read the Manual
6. Join a group of people that can accept younger people
Protip; Don't put "so, my fav kit is the snip3r rifilz lolol" on your application to join. You will be mega-trolled.
7. Spamming coms is the first way you get mega-trolled.
8. ???
9. PROFIT.

It's hard for a younger generation to be accepted into a tight knit community. There are lots of bad examples for younger people who are immature, annoying, etc. Don't be one of them ^^

In other words, do the opposite of what I do.

You can see I have +3000 posts (so I've hanged and spammed in the forums for quite some time), played PR for quite some time, and I still don't have a clan :(

I have my trustworthy tag, though 8)
Guys, when a new player comes, just answer his question and go on your merry way, instead of going berserk! It's THAT simple! :D
