The same reason for the UN models of the French Forces: French UN peacekeeping forces defending Lebanon (formerly ruled by France, by the way) from an Israeli attack.

And the BH is an IDF BH... If you pay attention it is flying over a convoy of Merkavas, Namers and M113, heading to the city.
