Is it somehow possible to import MiG-25 from USI to PR,
I would really like to fly with this jet on Kashan ?

Its possible yes, but I don't see why it would be more realistic than the Mig-29 and you also would need permission from USI.

It is my favorite jet.
And I would not publish it.
Both MiG-25 and MiG-29 are realistic for MEC side.
