[0966] Shijia Valley Fences

When I was in main I drove over the fence to the Chinook and it didn't stop me all it did was go over or through it. I tested this on Local and the new Shijia Valley CTD test map. So just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if so is it able to be fixed up for the future.
