[0966] .50 cal Technical sights are off

Tested on multiple servers, multiple maps and on my and my friends PC/PR.

If you aim down the .50 cal technical the shots come out way above the sights.
IIRC that wasn't like this in 0957 and it is a big annoyance IMHO.

I might be able to add a screenshot if i I manage to catch the bullets mid-flight.

Why not just record it with something like fraps or heaven forbid xfire ?

Want to confirm this bug. Additionally, the technicals' strength is now ridiculously low and its handling is laughable. A-slip sliding away we gooooo... right into that pole because I didn't counter just enough with the opposite key.
