[0966] Coop Options: Descriptions missing

Despriction:
If I want to start a local Coop Server, I have no descriptions to the option bars. See screenshot below.

It startet to happen with 0966. I had 0957 plus the Mappack installed before, and used the 0957 to 0966 patch.
After I noticed the problem I reinstalled the mappack, but without a difference.

The same problem is on my laptop.


Steps to reproduce:
Always when I start a local Coop Server. On two very different system.
