[0966] Squad Leaders don't appear on map

Description:
The large numbered squad leader dots on the map don't always appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure how to reproduce, it just happens.

My squad leader is literally a few meters from where I was standing. He is not on the map.



Tested On:
Shijia Valley (AAS64)
Tactical Gamer |TG|


Video Settings:
Everything maxed out.
Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 by EVGA

This also happened to me before on the same server. I was playing Insurgents on Al Basrah and some lone wolf from another squad did not appear on the map and I mistook him for an enemy in the distance.

Okay well to add to this. I saw flags doing this on burning sands. Same server. When MEC capped a flag it disappeared
