[0966] Iron eagle jets out of bounds problem

Description:
Not sure about the IDF jets, but going out of bounds in MEC MiGs kills you after 10 seconds, really annoying if you get even slightly disorientated because you have no time at all to get back into the AO before bleeding to death.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go out of bounds with one of the MiGs.
