[0966] Battle for Qinling jets OOB timer

Description:

The timer gives you only 10 seconds to returnto teh field which isnt enough time to do so. Used to be a good couple of minutes.

Steps to

Reproduce: Load up qinling, hop in a jet (i was a pom when i tested it but iw oudl presume its the same for the chinese) and go out of bounds.

Tested on:

local server, however it should be the same for non local.

Does it get you killed after the time is up?
It's also 10 sec on both Kashan and Silent Eagle but you receive no damage if you run out of time.
