[0966] Revert/Delete FOB on Ramiel

Description:
When you deploy a FOB on Ramiel and try to "delete/revert" using the radio, you will instantly get a "Read your field manual and try again later". You will have to wait 1-2 minutes to use your radio again...

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Drop crates
2. Deploy the FOB
3. Now delete the FOB using the right click
4. You will get "Read your field manual and try again later" on first time
