PR Mumble connection issues

Today i decieded to use Mumble for the first time today. (and post a new thread for the first time...) and i did all the steps in your mumble post (i.e shortcuts and what not) yet when i try to join the mumble server for PR it has connection issues and constantly connects, fails, then reconnects. I fixed the ip thing and typed in the mumble.realitymod.com and then it says host not found can you guys help me out.

btw im running win 7 o.s

Could be that your firewall is blocking the program. Check the program permissions in your firewall and make sure prmumble.exe is there and has clear access.

Also a good idea to run mumble as administrator or you might not be able to use shortcuts ingame.... it shoudnt have anything to do with your connection problems though.


or maybe your timing was unlucky and the mumble server was restarting...try connection to a random server and see if any of them works.

I guess the first time you try to connect mumble wants to add or edit a file outside its own folder and thats why you need to run as "admin"
