[0966] Uncappable flags not appearing on map

Description:
The map will sometimes not show the flag of uncappable flags. The name of the objective is displayed so its possible to know where the next cappable objective would be, but flag is missing. This is a random bug (not consistent) and is also experienced by several of my experienced co-players.

Steps to Reproduce:
Not known, random.
