[0966] Kokan - DoD isn't marked on map

Description:
Dome of Death isn't marked on the map.
It is kinda anoying when flying/driving on the map edges without noticing to drive out of
combat area...

Steps to Reproduce:
Run Kokan INS INF Layout and check the map for the DoD Area. It is not marked
