pr wont connect to server!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i cant connect to any servers i enter a server and it loads all the way and then it crashes back to the server menu whats up oh and you know how they have the little icons on the left the ones that have a little server icon and a little headphones icon well thhere is also a little B i con too whats that plzzzzzzzzzzz help

What pc specs do you have and have you tryed lowering video settings?
