Afghanistan US Army Fatigues

In Afghanistan today, US Army soldiers are issued Multicam fatigues and equipment. Do you think that this will ever be part of an update. It would be more realistic.

The PR developers have a number of MA's or Military Advisors (US, UK, Russia), who are currently serving or have served, be it in the Infantry or elsewhere, that assist in the development of PR to keep it realistic.
