Sliders on Sounds

Can anyone tell me what the sliders are on the sounds page? I'm losing my mind hearing "I NEED A HELICOPTER PICKUP" over the radio at (what seems like) full volume.

Believe it or not. They are exactly what they present themselves as. You want to lower the Voice slider down a bit. Especially if your using headphones.

No, since the last release the text was moved up so all I can see is a slider with no text to indicate what I am sliding. Other people are having the same problem with co-op and graphics.
