There's ethic and there's a game.
If you shoot some pixel and bytes on your pc in your mother's basement then it's just entertainment, if you flame and make racial/religous slurs it's something different, it may be in a game, but there are feelings involved.

By your logic I can say that you're an *sshole and that your mother is a wh*re ingame without any consequences, yeah seems perfect ethical and legit.
