Do that with an RPG-7 
Managed to hit a Scimitar who was on the bridge north from the factory, while I was on the fuel tank closest to the Mosque.
I had to aim my RPG-7 almost at an 90 degree angle (r u srs DEV's?), when it hit couldn't believe one of the guys who saw that hit.
