Of course, Just run it as admin, and compatibility settings for Windows XP Service pack 2.

It should work better then Vista.

You don't need to do run any compatibility options. And i have certainly never had to run it as admin.. (my UAC is always off)

I do find that Windows 7 has issues with it.
