Punkbuster won't let me play. HELP!!!!

This only started recently i've tried everything reinstalling PR reinstalling punkbuster. Reinstalling Battlefield. It seems to work for like a day and then it's back to this shit.

Pretty much i join a server i get to play for like a min or two. 5mins if i'm luck and then i get kicked with this message



I've done everything turned off Norton engaged silent mode disabled smart firewall and disabled windows firewall.
they don't help this seems random but it just doesn't work.
