Radeon GFX glitches

I loaded the catalyst 11.7 drivers on my XP box with my Radeon 4850 gfx card and suddently got lots of 'glitches' (Flickery polygon land at distance) Somone said roll back to 11.3 which I did and all is good again.

Just a heads up.
