as an admin and frequent player on coffeeshop i cant agree with ur argumentation. 1. of all, the numerous players and clans playing on coffeeshop respond a high skill of teamplay and a great mixture of played maps. 2. maps normaly do get not changed during the round, just as the server crashes and returns to the starting map, which is iron ridge skirmish. This is the only moment in that we change a map during the round. This has nothing to do with "admins change the map during a round, if they see that they cant win). Funny about this argument.... we try hard to play on both sides, so that we can guarantee our guest a fair game on oth sides, so in any case, one part of the admins will def. loose a game.

U got kicked by snakeshitswiss (which btw. is a very moderate admin on coffeeshop, fullmemeber of [sCs]) for using a truck as a taxi, it was no timeban or even ban, this means you can return on the server after 5min. As u didnt have officer kit, it was not comprehensible for him, what are going to do with the loggi truck, and it is never tolerated by any admin on coffeeshop, to waste a loggie (!k kev taxi, because a truck is 2 tickets and other squads cant us it for setting up fobs). i do not know any other teamplay orientatet pr server, where it is allowed to us a loggie truck as a taxi. as i ve heard from snakeshit the other day, he was the only admin on the server at this point of time, and he had a lot of work to do, to keep the rules up. he was very bussy, cause he had to change sides twice, to get all the reported players and the fair game play under control.

last but not least, i agree with vulc@no, kicked players seldomly agree with the admins decission why they got kicked from a server. Even if they teamkilled or baseraped.

Id like to point out to this servers admins that you should check Your Own server rules located at Special Combat Squad - a german multigaming family since 2002 - Forum - IMPORTANT - SERVER-RULES. And i would like to turn your attention to the fact that your server rules do not state that one should not make squad before 1:30.
Hope that you fix this oversight by instructing your admins better or update your server rules.
I suggest that you do not follow the rule of not allowing people make squads before 1:30 to stop squad bugs because that is pure unfiltered bullcrud with no correlation to the problem. Either way i hope you correct that oversight.

i think it is a problem with bf2 and here favorite server list, delete this in your list, and add the server new,
change a server here name, it comes to problems with the favorite server list

nice round fools road today, relay tough we gonna lose, but then we did win with 11 to 0

@ sell, it was a real nice round yesterday. even as the milizia camped our maine base exit, so that the apcs and tanks couldnt realy take part in the game and as we lost most flags by 160 tickets we could hit the turnaround perfectly and drive home a hillarious victory. what i think is one of the notestable points: on the other sides where 2 clans (wgp and csf) with more then 20 players taken part, they couldnt get their teams sorted. we should have a closer look @ prime time, if big clans are triing to play a clanwar on this public server.

Important Announcement

As you probably did read in the news of the 09/29/11 we did think about to set up a BF 3 server. After long discussions, while playing the beta, and also over 10 pages in our internal forum.
We did decide that, WE WILL SET UP A BF 3 SERVER.

Unfortunately this means, that the bf2 PR coffeeshop, will go offline. (at the 10/31/11)
After more then three years, of hosting and administrate this server, we want to devote our self's to
a new project. We've had a nice time with you, and we hope you did enjoy it, as much as we did.

We would be happy, if we could welcome you, on our new server. ( up on the 10/27/11 hosted by g portal in frankfurt germany)

There is more to say, We did start this server, as a fun project, and because pr was/is a great mod.
And we did manage it, to make this server to one of the most popular, server in pr, and most important we did manage it, to keep the server on top over the past 3 years.
This would have been impossible, with out you, the community.
And for the past years of awesomeness, I want to thank you, the admins, and the community.
A special thanks to all of you guys, that joined our mumble and pr server, on a daily base.
