[0966] Canadian Marksman reload animations

Description:
The reload animations for the Canadian AR-10T are different when deployed and undeployed. The magazine also clips through the gun when reloading undeployed.

Steps to Reproduce:
Reload the Canadian AR-10T while deployed and then while undeployed.

Tested On:
Operation Archer, local CO-OP game.

(I thought Canada used the C7CT as their DMR now?)
