[0973] Can't Zoom on TOW

Have only tried this on MEC TOW
But I can't zoom in on a deployed TOW asset

This could be a feature, maybe their TOW sucks
But I doubt it

This was intentionally fixed in .96 and there was a thread about it.

Please rethink if it is actually worth posting and check if it's been brought up before reporting a bug.
