I have the previous version 0.966 installed and when I try to Install the latest client fix it said access denied. So I tried installing under compatibility mode for XP SP2, this starts the program running but then I get the message 'You need version 0.966 Installed to run this patch, would you like to goto the downloads page'

Run Patch setup in SAFE MODE, installed fine without error(Punk buster could not update in safe mode)
Ran punk buster update after and all seems fine, will do a test run now.
I'm having the same problem.
I tried the fix, installed registry patch, for win 7 64.
Still the same problem ? Access denied.
antivirus disabled, ran as administrator, and compatibility mode win xp sp3.
Tried rebooting, still no luck. any ideas ?

4gb ram
64bit win 7 ultimate.
