[0973] C7A2 walk with collimator sight bug.

If you use collimator sight during the walk the player's hand will do that:

As you see the hand touches the rifle ever time you star to walk.

This bug was tested on "Operation Archer", but it works on each map where is Canadian Army fraction.

thanks for reporting this bug, we are aware of the problem, but are short on animators and its pretty minor.
