Hi guys, last week my mother bought herself an Toshiba Satellite C660/C660D laptop. Until 2 days ago, the wireless was working fine. And all of a sudden, she turned it on to find it's no longer working.
We've tried updating drivers, no luck. We checked to see if the WEP keys were the same, they were. And we checked whether other mobile devices were connected to the router, and they all were.
Now, I'm completely lost on what to try out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Need help with my mother's laptop.

Can it connect to other wireless routers?
If it can then I couldn't say what's wrong. If it cannot, it's probably hardware failure with the wireless in her laptop. It's rare, but I had a friend with the same issue in a laptop.

We solved it. Not sure how, just messing about with settings, and eventually got it.
