When you sq lead, have the initiative of lazing, help you local CAS vehicle

The reason I rarely laze as SL is because it seems like whenever I look the CAS has flown into a lamp post. Therefore I have never really had much chance to play with CAS as an option. However I have recently had a wonder time lazing for an A-10 that has made me think I should try CAS a bit more often.

As said before the biggest issue is that half the time if I see something to laze my squad can kill it easily (why call CAS half way across the map for a jeep when you have pently of AT an hand?) or we get pinned down/killed. Urban maps are a nightmare for lazing as most of the time something is on top of you before you can laze it.

"WE NEED CAS OVER AT VCP IF U GET RID OF THE INF WE WILL CAP!!!"

We drop all the altitude we had gained trying to best the apache, begin our dive and OOPS there is an AAV and low and behold INF is doing nothing to help ensure we can even actually make our run on the target. In this case had we decided not to help we would be able to help the rest of the team that actually has targets we can make successful runs on.

So while you should do your best to support inf, CAS isn't so helpful with no assets.

For example, I was playing on NWA, I was about to do a Hydra run in an apache in kashan, a sq leader tells me "Vista I need CAS NAO" and I said" Make it quick".

He lazed, I do a tight curve ( :-P ) BAM 8 kills.

Thats how its done, sq leader lazes are the priority over your own expeculated targets as they are dying out ther, even if a sniper lazes, INF sq leader has the priority as he might die and hes out in the field.
Pilots will say no, by nature that there is only one. perhaps he's busy with ANOTHER LASE not his own thing. what if he spotted AA in that area earlier? the pilot makes the final call whether he does it or not. it is the SLs responsibility to provide him with enough intel for him to make said decision. and to communicate before hand to make sure that the CAS is available for you. you calling them is pointless if theya re in the middle of a run for someone else.
Information in the hands of a critical thinker is invaluable, information alone is simply dangerous.
