However be aware that there are 2 types of Co-op servers, most have very lax rules (like 90% faster spwan times and the fact that snipers can drive tanks instead of Crewmen) and little to no teamwork. On the other hand the VG server runs an unmodded Co-op server where gameplay is much more normal, but at the same time more laided back (people will still be pissed if you crash a jet on takeoff but people will take the time to help you learn, even letting you squad lead right off the bat if you really want too).
Be advised that the 90% spawn time vehicle servers are TRAINING servers. Makes sense doesn't it? Wan't to learn to fly? Learn to use assets or equipment? Training servers with lots of spawn time are good. And the "Lax rules" complement is rubbish. I know of the Reality Warfare Co-OP training server having hardcore rules.

There's no place to learn like in the hot seat. have at it.

that is to say for infantry. Learn to play first and foremost as an infantryman. learn in a live game, forget coop. the only way to learn PR is in a live server. Just keep to the basic kits, ask questions, and do as you're told. You can go to COOP and training servers AFTER that and familiarize with vehicles.
Information in the hands of a critical thinker is invaluable, information alone is simply dangerous.
