A few major flaws:
Firebases are too easy to move. Once the enemy destroy yours, just have a crate ready somewhere and a CO/SL next to it, ready to build.
Firebases are not that important at all. Just build it in one corner of the map and leave it alone, then use the CO rally someplace else to keep your team together and lead the enemy on a wild goose chase.
Combine this with the first point and you can have the FB and the deployable assets ~5km from each other.
