Played PR at work on higher resolution; Didn't set back to normal, now at home can't open PR or BF2 what so ever. I don't remember what my reso was at work, but it was much higher and apparently on my TV at home (32" LCD) it was set where my TV can't run it.
I went in, removed the Video.con files and tried to start up PR and vanilla BF2. Nothing still.
Any advice?

I've usually fixed it by deleting my profile in My documents and relogging in to my account.

I think what you have to do is go into the video.con file and change the settings where it says "800 600 32" to whatever your home resolution is.

Go to the shortcut and change it to have "+szx 800 +szy 600"
then change as appropriate in the menus
then change as appropriate in the menus
