Mumble, can't hear me in game

Had to do a fresh install on my rig. Re-installed everything including mumble. Mapped 2 keys for local and squad leader speech.

People can hear me when I am on the desktop through mumble but as soon as I enter the game people can't hear me. Installed and un-installed numerous times. I am in the right team for the match.

Input device is set to microphone high definition device (only other option is default)
Output device is set to high definition device (only other option is default)

I'm baffled, help lol

Yes, issue seems to be sorted now although I don't understand what was wrong with it. Thanks anyway pal

As well as running mumble as admin, PR must be too so the program that tells mumble positional, isn't it PRA.exe or something, can talk to mumble.
