Due to a number of reasons, I'll list later, *NwA* will only be running one server during the week. On Friday the second server will be turned on for the weekend only.

We have taken this decision due to a reduction in active mid-week admins. Our current excellent admin team is getting over stretched on 2 servers. This has lead to a reduction in the quality of game play and teamwork on the 2nd server. We feel that we don't want the player experience to be below that of what you have come to expect. As one of the founders of *NwA*, a passionate supporter of PR and what its game style stands for, we believe in quality not quantity. We also don't want the overall perception of *NwA* to decline due to poorly staffed servers.

We have a strong public player following; even a number of you that help seed the servers every day also spending countless hours playing and making our servers what they are, and for that we are grateful. Players only do this as they know the server fills very quickly and have quality games. Without a proper admin precence this support will soon fail.

This has nothing to do with money or the number of admins its just there availabilty during the week.

If you would like to become a in-game admin for us. Then join our community after a short trial and a period of getting to know us better and how we work. You will be very welcome to try out for a in-game admin spot. Don't forget every *NwA* member gets on the reserve slot list. Our admins, For a small monthly fee you get to help chose the map rotation, !w, !k, !tb and most of all keep the game fun and teamwork based.

Hope you can help us out, once again its about quality not quantity of servers.

Sounds reasonable. Will you be running the insurgency- or the mixed server in the weekdays?

tbc, Ins seams to be the most loved. But I think we should throw a couple of AAS every few maps to keep it fresh. Hoping server 2 will be a good seeding map then full of the moster large maps so we can get some real good teamwork with the lovers of heavey assets.

Some members are becoming intrested in admining now they realise that we will only have one server during the week. So it could turn out to be a short term thing, until the new admins can be trained up. Hopefully not long.

Yeah, the one server during the week is providing quality gaming (for the most part). NwA server, always the first port of call.

I'm not a great fan of Insurgency mode though, depends on the map I guess. Kokan... Either played it too much, or it is really just that dull.

2nd server is up for the weekend.

Just running the one server has indeed led to some quality games this week. Also with our admins focusing on one server the stress levels and moral has lead to every one also having some good banter in team speak.

the mumble turnout has also been very high. On team 2 last night we had 35 players in mumble. When I pointed this out as some may be on the wrong side, I was told that some where waiting to join the server and sit in mumble while they wait.

Next weekend we will be having a 3 day event, to celebrate our 3rd birthday. Our clan members are working on ideas on what to do. 2 servers running your favourite maps, may be 1 passworded forced mumble, who knows. More to be announced soon.

One thing I can announce now is we will be giving free reserved slots to 30 public players. These will be limited on a first come first served basis. Lasting for 3 weeks on both servers. From Friday 28th of October, 1 week for every year you have helped *NwA* become what we are today. Register on our forum @ *NwA* Clan and keep an eye on the weekend event thread. THE THREAD IS NOW LIVE SO HURRY UP, SIGN UP.

Any one who already has subscribed to our reserve slots will have 3 weeks added to your term.

all *NwA* members get a reserved slot as part of there free membership, maybe something to consider.
