ok i have a BIG problem

OK I need some advice I just got a server and I tried to apply for a PR server license but it is showing that I got a duplicate IP that someone else has the same IP that I have and I pretty much just got the server up and going last night I need to know what can I do there's no way for me to change my IP since this is a server and if you need proof that I actually are running the server just look below

The problem is now resolved had to pay a little bit of money to get the IP change on my server
