How to copy configuration files from old to new install of BF2 and PR?
My current HDD that has BF2 and PR installed is dieing and needs a RMA,
I have installed my new HDD, I am downloading the full client for 0.973 now. I have my EADM/Origin backupo of the BF2 installation files ready.
I can not for the life of my remember my passwords for my BF2 accounts, they have been saved in the Login screen for so long I've forgotten them.
Also I'd like to save all the keyboard/mouse configuration customizations I have tweaked over the years.
Is it possible to move these files?
Where are these files located?
How do I move these files from my old BF2 / PR directories to my new install?
Thanks,
Lito

Folders to backup to save Battlefield settings
I think I may have found what I need, but I'm wondering which files I actually need, and if there are any that I'm missing. I'd like to save my graphics settings, favorite servers, and player controls. This is what I think I may need to backup:
C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\Profiles
Anything else SPECIFIC TO PR MOD that I need to copy?

If you're only backing up "Profiles" inside "Battlefiled 2" folder there is nothing else to do beyond that. Your server favorites is in file called General.con inside those Profiles\NNNN folders
