map list is due a refresh after this weekend, I'll mention it. Thanks.Arcturus_Shielder wrote:Needless to say that I love playing in your server, but I think the "Mixed" one needs more AAS than INS. We're having too much of the latter and is starting to sicken me.

Karbala then Fallujah falling in peak hours Saturday night, the AAS fans aren't happy.

Barracuda would be cool beetween karbala and fallujah.
Also can you add Op.archer and ramiel as INS maps?

Only reason why I'm not joining lately is 'cause it's pretty much only overplayed (and boring as hell imo, but unfortunately for me it seems they're the most appreciated maps in PR even though there are much much much better maps
) maps on the rotation (Basrah, Kokan, Muttrah, Jabal, Fallujah).

kokan at the same time is just one of those things. Due to the diffrent times the servers populated, how long each round lasted etc.
I'll pass on your comments, but as you know it hard to please every one. Silent eagle, Burning sands and Op Barracuda have been very popular.
We have a map list suggestion thread on our forum if any of you want to come over and suggest one.

More AAS, less Insurgency. You've got an Insurgency-server. People who really likes Insurgency should just look forward to the weekend when your 2nd server is up.

We need to have a balance between AAS and Insurgency, thats why its called mixed 2 insurgency followed by 2 AAS, if we would do 1 insurgency and 2 aas the balance would be gone.

Not to bust your balls, but it's 7 AAS maps vs 8 INS maps.Vincento94 wrote:We need to have a balance between AAS and Insurgency, thats why its called mixed 2 insurgency followed by 2 AAS, if we would do 1 insurgency and 2 aas the balance would be gone.
A change is always nice though. But it will fall down to what pair of maps and respective game mode will show up during prime time.

Do you really need balance? I know this is a mixed server, but in my opinion more AAS would be right, as you've already got an insurgency server.

vincent is trying to aviod that one team has to play the insurgent side all the time. Even when I don't 100% agree with the maplist (simply because I prefer AAS and more wooden warfare) it's nice to see that your are changing the maplist. I hope more often from now on.
@Saxoni and Arcturus: check their forums they have a thread for maplist suggestions.
And I think gaza AAS is an option
Curry.

Re: *NwA* UK Reality (Europe)
I used to be pure AAS fan, shouting "Change to kashan ffs" on the chat.
I played on the AAS only server for some time and started to miss INS. Now I feel that there should be some INS beetween AAS maps, especially if they are large asset oriented maps.
Theres just something in that "invincible feel" you get when playing blufor.
Also there is nothing better than bombcaring tank or blowing up full APC with arty ied.
TL;DR: Good job, keep that balance beetween INS and AAS.

Still way too much INS. And the good AAS maps only come late in the rotation meaning they hardly ever get played.

Stealth take a look at currys post, we cant just remove INS and replace it by AAS as it would unbalance the maplist. And about the maps we have a topic on nwa-clan.com where you can post what maps you like and what maps you dont like so we can puth in the maps that you guys want.

How many times are we going to have to say this. It's against the rules to discuss bans here. Please go to the *NwA* website to resolve this. This is not the place to do so.

Ban discussion removed. As Nixy said, take it to the NwA forums.

(Sandert93 here)
NwA is still as awesome as always, great teamwork most of the time and always solidly populated. The only thing we would personally really like is a rule that says heavy asset users should be on mumble. It doesn't even have to be fully enforced; hopefully the rule itself would make at least more people use it.
And, if it's not too much to ask, better map rotation. Scramble it more often. For people like Swagger and me who play several hours a day and always at about the same time, it can get boring. This week we've played Lashkar Valley pretty much every day around 2-4 AM. Don't really care about INS vs AAS because we enjoy both, but having a better rotation in the maps itself wouldn't hurt.

Re: *NwA* UK Reality (Europe)
We are currantly working on a dynamic map list that will change every day, if its possible to do then you should see a better list and refreshed more often.
Mumble is still at the rock and a hard place stage as far as being able to admin it. Although it is now alot easier to see who is in mumble and who is in what squad. We will encourage the heavey asset squads if they have a squad member in mumble to become the squad leader. Also if you dont have mumble why should you be punished for being a SL. Although teamwork is at the core of our server rules we also pride ourselfs on being fair for every one. We will encourgae mumble use as much as we can, I know that our members have been getting more and more people on mumble since the new release. I got 3 people to download it and use it when they joined my squad ealier this week. It is starting to happen. Thanks to the mumble DEV`s it is now alot easier.
More details to follow once we have them. Thanks for your feedback.
