US based hosting companies?

I'm looking for the following in a hosting company

Game Server, AD Framework, CC/Debit Card payment option.

I looked at Alpha Networks recently, but they take paypal and unfortunately the bank I use does not support paypal function.

I would suggest getting in contact with the clans who run some of the more stable servers in NA, they should be able to give you the best advice.
