No VOIP playback

I havnt played PR in over a month, but I have not messed up my pc. today i went to play the game and join a server and when the map was done loading and I clicked on squad assigment button it would crash to the desktop. so i messed around and finally it to work by resetting all my settings back to default. but now when i get in the server I can not hear ppls VOIP in my squad I test my mic and they hear me but I can not hear them. I have uninstalled both PR and BF2 and done a clean install but Im still getting the same problem.

Might be you messed up audio controls? Check audio settings and post a screenie of it if possible and check you Audio.con which is located in C:\Users\xXx\Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\nnnn

Now I cannot Enable VOIP ingame. I go to audio settings and enable voip and rasie transmit/recieve volumes back to 100 from 0 and click enable and settgins say they saves but when i go back into game no VOIP and I go back into audio setting and they are disbales and volumes back to 0. only thing I have done is install map pack beta

Fixed. dunno how? think was by disabling mic and re-enable mic in windows sound settings
