There isn't exactly a 'site suggestions' forum, so I guess this will have to do. I figure I won't put it in the PR:BF2 suggestions forum, though, since that's meant for the game itself, so whatever.
Anyway, I simply suggest that there be another team-member maintained forum like PRnews/PRhighlights, for showcasing cool community projects that may not necessarily be a part of PR (...yet?).
Showcasing things like Project Normandy, or things like minor updates of community factions that have gotten to a point where they would like to show off a new weapon model they've finished or something, but don't have enough content to call for a PR highlight post... things like that.

Re: [Forum Suggestion] Community Showcase
Because we already have forums for these I would have to disagree with this suggestion in it's current form. It would simply result in over saturation of information and media and would only result in confusion.
If this were to happen, we would need a consolidation of media and information; we would need to hide the community mod forum and make a larger section for Media Produce.

Isn't the point of the dev blogs to show off WIP, less relevant stuff to PR. A lot of new assets have been shown on there way before they come into the game.
EDIT: didn't read the post thoroughly enough - Though I would've thought community modding fits the role, quite a lot of stuff there isn't entirely relevant. It might be nice to have somewhere people can show off completely unrelated projects however.
