Rudd;1449284']Iron, Basrah v2 is not an endorsed map, and frankly I am not a fan of it.
Also agreed, it changed to much outwith the map itself (More RPGs, weapon tweaks) that should have just been left alone.
and i want a ground assault map with AAV7's mwahahaha
Have a look at this. Looks like a truly awesome map, here's hoping its PR standard :D

Forget about EJOD, Rudd made something much better for us: https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f389-p ... ost1449193

And the chances of seeing this in one of the next releases is quite high, isn't it?
So, why cry about EJOD beeing removed, if there is a better alternative on the way? ;)

Forgot who was making this, but I'm honestly glad the old Ejod is gone but the core plan of a central city is still there.

The above map is like Pokemon Fire Red, getting one of the best Pokemans and then making it even better by making it bigger with more cool stuff.

All the maps we lost in COOP worked great. Still hoping they all return...plus the new ones!

Let's bring back EJOD in the new release.

DEV's, is this possible?

Those old maps are bad. I don't miss them.

If .9 quality means a 4km map then please god no.
Ejod was nice BECAUSE it was small. You saw squads more closely together.
In a city map like Muttrah, you have squads scattered all over the place.

Although i have to say that Ejod did drop in my favorite list as soon as the tanks got removed. EJOD urban tank battles were great!

I did not mean a 4k map, I mean a higher quality map, the west side of the map, the SE side and the detail on the non-city center bases is particularly low imo compared to newer maps.

Also it would be much better to use the muttrah statics on this map as well as the vbf2 ones.

if the city was about 25% larger overall, with more enterables, and more detail in the other areas I've mentioned then I'd see the map coming back into PR.

I liked the old design of Ejod, but yeah if the city was large, but with the same kind of layout of the map design, it'd be awesome.

ejod was strange to me. why is there such a small pocket of modern buildings for seemingly no particular reason?

either way though i dont really miss it. the map was ok. the maps i miss the most are Ghost Train and Mestia. thankfully we're getting those back this December!

As you all know BW is a fan of the skirmish. I found EJOD and Sunset city to be some of the best skirmish battles.
