Tank gunner was probably looking at that chinook even though he did not fire ( not even coax wtf??? ) thats how they managed to escape it and its visible in video ( look where tank turret is pointed in the moment when chinook is landing - taking of )
Yes you were very lucky cause you stumped on a not so experienced tankers
