There is no way to create true balance between any factions. It hugely comes down to skill on the field. If you have good APC crews then maybe it wont be as bad as you think.

U have the BTR80a. It has a 30 mm. Its better against infantry. 80 percent of the people playing will be infantry.

The Lavs are good against the BTRs, and our tank is inferior to yours. There is a total of 6 armored veichles per team. Hardly a game breaker. Even with the view distance, TOWs take up to 5 seconds hitting their targets, and I have dodged TOWs that have fired from 500 m, shooting something 1200 m away gives the target ample time to get away so long as the driver is paying attention.

And, using your weakness against us, might prove effective, there is alot of cover for infantry on this map, making it hard to spot them, even with the thermals. You can hide your rocket infantry close, and then strike the APCs and tanks. And we cant move. In the same way, we can strike from afar with TOWs. But its still based on the skill of the teams.

Id like you next time, to talk to Curry or Agemman before stating stuff like this. As this is a public forum, people dont have to know what goes on behind the scenes to make things work. Please consider this a way of promoting the event rather then having any sort of negativity aimed at it.

I still think that having 200 players on a new map. Will have too many factors contributing to any game mechanic being a major one enough to break gameplay. I play on Canadas strenghts you play on your strenght. I think your CAS has more ammo than ours. And that gives you the ability to go on more missions before going RTB. Which might be a big deal, and it might not. We dont know yet. This is a big experiment for the sake of awesomness for PR. Please deal with it as such, and dont get mad if you win or lose. I think the infantry will be the gamebreaker, and we will have a close match. Ultimatly its the team with the most coordination teamwork and best communication that wins. Not the ones with the best assets. Thats what PR is about

+ the havoc has a lot more ammo on it compared to the apache

If you put them face to face and start shooting at same time, by the time the BTR has done enough damage to make the LAV smoke it's already on fire or exploded.

And the LAV has thermals.

Like i said, this match is not about "assets" or the techincal. If your gun shoots and my gun then...

Please dont make it about this! I really want a great match And thinking about technical stuff all the time makes it slightly frustrating tbh.

Like i said, the sides are as equall as can be with very similar assets. Id say the game will be completly symetrical. Hopefully, we can do this again, so you can choose a different faction next time ?
