Getting back to the topic real quick, the demo release, will wheat appetites and I think it can be exteremly helpful in determining weather or not your PC is up to speed and can cope with all that wonderfullness. I am thinking I will need to upgrade, so the 10 days or so in between the demo and release date will be plenty of time to buy and install the necessary upgrades.

Oke, somebody did a weird revive to vote on this poll, lol
But further looking to this thread, I was surprised, this forum existed before the release of BF2. What kind of conspiracy illuminati shit is this?! What was the origin of this forum?
Little history lesson is always great

Re: BF2 demo release.
Fixed it for ya, since before BF2's release, EA/DICE where promising the BF2 modding community loads of tools and support, then just after BF2's release, they changed their business plan and went totally back on their word, firing their whole modding support team they had hired previously to make tools, tutorials and give direct support, and stopped working on things like the BF2Editor etc...Frontliner wrote:2005: "I am pleased that EA...."

Re: BF2 demo release.
Definitely Downloading the Demo (will it run on my Pentium II, 266 Mhz, 8(!) MB RAM?)
Can't wait for the Full game to be out.
Seriously though, I'd love to play the first version of PR - just to see how much it has changed.

Still the only reason to get the gameUgly Duck wrote:Getting the Demo, getting the game. If for no other reason than to play Project Reality and FH.
[R-DEV]Ninja2dan: Not having a spotter is like masturbating with a cheese grater...mildly amusing at first, but generally painful and bloody in the end.
Thornehaw: If all this have been evidently true, Battlefield is a much scarier and dirtier than ever imagined. Not a conspiracy, but a possibility. If it is true, then trusting another is quite worrisome.
