Tutorial videos.

Post by boberczus »

Hey,
My friends and I are thinking about making some tutorial videos about every aspect of BF2 :P R. You know: sniper, tank, SL, grenadier etc. one by one. Maybe add there some funny stuff. We already got some ideas. The question is: are there any vids like that yet? And would that be useful?
Yea... right...

Ok, right but this is only jet training. What i thought about is to focus more on infrantry and armor combat rather than flying.

Many times it was planned too but people lost interest.

Somebody just needs to get around to do it and make it happen.

And this is precisely the problem. This video is one hour. If I were a new player coming from an FPS background I'd rather play the game as opposed to sitting through that.

If someone is actually going to take on this mammoth task, keep it short and sweet and post up the storyboard so everyone can ratify it so unnecessary bits are left out.

Well, as for the hour; still having the raw footage and that being single scenes anyway, there'd be no problem in splitting that up and re-uploading it as higher quality single scenes.

If anything it should be straight and to the point like the PR:Arma 2 tutorial videos. Only the important aspects of the game should be shown.

Yeee... our idea is to make short 10-15 min clips showing how to use assets and kits. We are starting 3.01.
