[0973 PRSP] Street 2 Insurgent Problem

Well, I've spotted a very annoying glitch when I am playing Street 2 (USMC vs. Insurgent) as Insurgent (COOP Single Player). The commander keeps issuing new orders to the squad leaders, making the gameplay very harrying. You will hear a new order from the squad leader every two seconds throughout the gameplay.

However, when you're in the USMC faction, you don't have this problem.
It will be nice if you can sort out the paternity of this problem, thanks.

This problem occur on many maps. If I remember it also concerns vanilia.
