I can't see any servers?

I finally got PR to work because my friend messed around with it too much and it didn't start properly. Well, anyway now that I've gotten it to work I do what I normally do; sign in, click "Dispatch", then click "Join Internet". Sometimes no servers pop up and I refresh the page and they all appear but now nothing appears, just the box that holds them. It's completly empty, as with the other co-op servers! I can't connect to any games and I'm sorta confused why this is happening. Please help!
