This is way too common that's why more and more people tend to join clans, which doesn't mean everyone that isn't in a clan is a noob. But yeah, such things happen, mostly because people want to get a special kit and wander on their own.

You dont need to join a clan, just become a regular on a server along with people who do the same. It ammounts to the same thing in the end.

This happens on all servers. It is the phenomenon of PR. People have the mics, they acknowledge you but when it comes down to it they want their HAT or sniper or whatever but fail to realize there is usually ALWAYS a crate to request a kit regardless of where you spawn at the start of the game.

Sure it does but on a much lower rate than on some, ehrm, "special" servers.

you need to get to know your squad mates a little .... make them want to follow what you want to say through having a good time not pissing them off and wanting to go off doing their own thing ... :l next time try asking them Why didnt you spawn where i asked? and just meet up later on :L
