Can't load server list, click on create own and CTD

I play a few times a week and have never seen this before. The game worked fine since i downloaded the .97 update days after release. I first downloaded the newest map pack, then the bug started, i can no longer update the server list on either co-op or pvp. I can click on create a Co-op game and no maps show up. If I try to create a game from the deployment button, i automatically crash to desktop. I have just finished deleting and re-downloading PR from my computer and the bug still occurs. I would love some suggestions or ideas, I love playing and really want to with the Normandy map released.
