[Solved] SERVERS window= EMPTY

premature excuses for my text in English.
and I wait for not being posting in wrong place, I had been verifying for here and there and I didn't get to meet very well at the forum.

the problem:
inside of the menu of the game, multiplayer etc.......
the server window this totally EMPTY, it doesn't show any server in it, and it doesn't advance to press the key of UPDATE, the window continues totally EMPTY.

(it doesn't show servers in red, for the lack of the map pack update, it is not this)

WIN7 64 bits / 8 g ram
BF2 = STEAM
PR = by DESURA
MAP PACK = needed file REGISTRY CORRECTION goes run

I admit that this very complicated one of getting to install and to use P.R. now
I am really needing help and I thank the attention, thank you.
